Pretty slow week last week, I noticed it thou and that’s why we picked it up this week, I noticed that we were just not getting enough exercise at the start of the week so we totally turned that around this week, we are starting to go swimming every monday and obviously that means we get the steps in as well in the process — the Fitbit data awareness is really helping.

I was 60% productive last week online, fifty five hours last week sounds like an average week, I’m expecting that to be a lot more by the end of this week, so much more video and writing to do than a usual week but I’ve got plenty to work on, now I’ve got the better lighting setup I’m keen to use it.

aside from my daughter playing minecraft and me playing tanks at night times or at lunch between sprints I had been playing that the same amount as usual but I have increased the amount of productive hours, if I had not gamed at all I would have done twice as much — something to work on.

Yesterday was a 15k steps day and I feel that even thou I’ve not been sleeping as much and I’ve been tired I know that I have to go through this to get to the ‘other side’ — it’s always been that way for me when it comes to working out. I have to break through that apathy barrier to get to the next tempo level.

yeah gonna crush this week! :) it's gonna be a busy end of the week, gotta get four videos recorded today and release them two today to keep up on target!
