  • Pick a small, firm one, remove the bottom roots, wash it with a brush, and roll it in salt.
Sprinkle the remaining salt in a pot and let it overnight.
  • Wash your sea staghorn cleanly and wash away the green pepper and red pepper.
  • Wash the pear and cut it in half. Garlic and ginger are washed and sliced into gauze pouch.
  • Make salt water and plow into a fine sieve.
  • Place the seasoning bag at the bottom of the jar and place the pickled ingredients on with the pickled radish on top.
Repeat the re-fill. Place the mustard on the top and press it with a clean stone so that it does not float.
  • Pour the salt water into the jar and cover it with the lid.
  • You can enjoy delicious Dongchimi after storage for several months.

Dongchimi can be eaten as a side dish.
And it can also be used to make noodles.
The Dongchimi makguksu, which is eaten in summer, is a cool taste....^^

Another good post by you.

I like seeing what all the other cultures are up to food and life wise. It is one of my favourite things about Steemit.

Have a nice weekend!
