A not so traditional Corned Beef Hash.

Growing up corned beef hash was a cheap family meal, it is basically a stew but instead of fresh meat you use tinned meat. For me this is the only way I will eat tinned meat.

So to start you half fill your slow cooker with water and add gravy granuals, dried mixed herbs and ground pepper to make your gravy. Into this I then added:
3 potatoes, peeled and diced.
2 carrots, diced.
2 onions, diced.
Frozen peas (However many you want.)
3 mushrooms, sliced.
Fusille pasta, (However much you want to add.)
4 thin chillies (leftovers in the fridge.)
sprinkle of dried chilli flakes.

You can add other veg as you like and then it's time to use the magic key to open your tin of horror, or corned beef. Chop you lump of corned beef into cubes and throw it into the slow cooker, don't worry the cubes will mostly break down as the hash cooks giving a far richer gravy and the cubes that are left look far more appetising.

Then you just put the lid on your slow coker and leave it to do it's thing until it's time for dinner.
Thanks for reading and if you try it then enjoy a spicey corned beef hash on a cold winter evening.
