In parts I agree with you. Diversified eating is import for your regular eating. But in case you suffer from any desease, I would recommend to supplement such important Vitamins as Vitamin C and D3 via extra pills (on a natural basis of course). Because in this state, the body is so busy with fighting against the desease, it needs much more nutritions and energy than he could absorb only by food. Cheers Anna
