Today we will cook an Indian dish with Thai flavor )).

Ingredients:
- Chicken, fillet, 360 gr.
- Coconut cream or milk, 200 gr.
- Lime, 1 PC.
- Ginger, 10 gr.
- Garlic, 6-8 cloves
- Ground coriander, 1 tsp.
- Spicy paprika, 1/3 tsp.
- Mint, 15 gr.
- Green onion, 20 gr.
- Cilantro, 30 gr.
- Basil, 20 gr.
- Black pepper, salt, vegetable oil
Chicken cut into middle pieces. Ginger clean and cut into cubes, garlic press and peel, take the zest from half the lime.
Leaves of mint and Basil are separated from the stems. Cilantro use together with the stems. Have string use green part of.
In a blender, put 1/2 garlic, onion, Basil, mint, cilantro, ginger, paprika, coriander, zest, juice of half a lime, 6 tablespoons of vegetable oil and punch everything until smooth.
Half of the resulting paste mixed with chicken and left to marinate for five minutes.
Heat a little vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the remaining garlic for a minute on high heat.
Remove the garlic and fry the chicken in a pan for three minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the coconut cream, the remaining paste, salt to taste, bring to a boil and cook for three minutes over medium heat.
Serve with rice and herbs.
