Today we have an absolutely amazing Indian-style soup that combines all the qualities of an ideal dish.
Delicious, nutrition, bright, unusual, and at the same time absolutely dietary!

Ingredients:
- Lentils, 125 gr.
- Coconut milk or cream, 100 gr.
- Curry (yellow paste), 30 gr.
- Mashed tomatoes, 150 gr.
- Ginger, 20 gr.
- Bell pepper, 1 PC.
- Green onions
- Garlic, 2 cloves
- Mustard (grain), 2 gr.
- Ground cardamom, 1 gr.
- Vegetable oil, salt
Cut the ginger, garlic, onion and pepper finely.
Heat a little vegetable oil in a saucepan and fry the garlic and ginger over medium heat for 30 seconds.
Add the curry (if you don't like a spicy food, use only part of curry), mustard seeds, cardamom, stir and fry for 30 seconds.
Add the lentils, bell pepper and fry for a minute.
Pour 350 ml of hot water, bring to a boil, add tomatoes, coconut milk, salt to taste, mix, cover and cook on low heat for 12 minutes.
Serve with sour cream, sprinkled with green onions.
