Hello!

Today we have a version of the famous Spanish dish. This time with prawns and chicken.

Paella with prawns in Andalusian style

Difficulty: 5/10
Cooking time: 45 min.
Number of servings: 3-4

Ingredients:

Paella with prawns in Andalusian style

  • Rice "Bomb", 150 gr.
  • Chicken thighs (fillet), 180 gr.
  • Tiger Prawns, 9-10 PCs.
  • Peas (fresh), 60 gr.
  • Saffron, 1 gr
  • Nutmeg, pinch
  • Oyster sauce, 10 gr.
  • Tomatoes in own juice, 100 gr.
  • Parsley
  • Onions
  • Bell pepper
  • Garlic, 1 clove
  • Black pepper
  • Vegetable oil
  • Salt

Fill the saffron with a small amount of boiling water.

Onions and garlic clean and cut finely. Pepper and chicken fillet cut cubes, prawns clean from the shell and esophagus.

Heat up a little vegetable oil and fry onions, garlic and chicken over medium heat for three minutes, stirring constantly.

Add saffron, bell pepper, nutmeg, oyster sauce, rice, 500 ml of boiling water, bring to a boil and cook on low heat for 20 minutes.

Add prawns, green peas, tomatoes, mix and cook for five minutes on low heat.

Add a tablespoon of olive oil to the finished paella, salt to taste, mix and serve with chopped parsley.
