Hello!
Today we have an amazing combination of linguini, pesto, basil, almonds and buratta. Delicious, tender, fragrant!
Difficulty: 3/10
Cooking time: 20 min.
Number of servings: 2-3
Ingredients:
- Linguini, 250 gr.
- Burrata cheese, 125 gr.
- Pesto sauce, 60 gr.
- Parmesan cheese, 15 gr.
- Almonds, 20 g.
- Basil
- Mixture "3 pepper"
- Salt and pepper to taste
Put the linguini in boiling, salted water and cook for 10-15 minutes (depending on your attitude to Al dente).
Grate the parmesan on a fine grater. Cut the basil into strips, leaving a little for serving, and chop the almonds.
When the pasta is cooked, drain the water, add the pesto, stir and warm for a minute over medium heat.
Add the basil, almonds (leave a little to serve), half the parmesan, salt, pepper to taste, mix and remove from the heat.
Burrata cheese cut into portions, spread on the linguini, sprinkle with the remains of parmesan, almonds, pepper and serve, garnished with a Basil leaf.
Bon appetit!
