My Favorite Pork Cutlet at Restaurant 'Crazy Doncatsu' / Life PhotographysteemCreated with Sketch.

Pork Sirloin(Echine) Cutlet called Doncatsu.

This is my favorite food. After patting thick meat, put flour, egg and bread crumbs. Fry the meat until golden deep brown. It is so crisp. The restaurant ' Crazy Doncatsu' I went to eat pork cutlet is my favorite restaurant. The meat is thick and the salad is fresh. The restaurant uses an organic bread to make good crumbs. Other port cutlet restaurants usually don't have the quality as the restaurant's.

The small restaurant looks clean and cozy. Some of my satisfaction comes from their fast service.

As soon as I sat down, the cream soup was served.

I didn't wait so long to have my main food Port Cutlet. The service was so fast and the food stimulated my taste. I love the little sour sauce. It is an unusual and deep flavor when compared with sauces sold in the market or sauces of other common pork cutlet restaurant.

The salad and the rice with furikake are also very good.

Thank you for posting @bontonstory.

Lovely photographs and introduction to a delicious dish from South Korea. The sauce sounds like an appropriate accompaniment to pork. Tangy with the richness of pork sounds just right. ^_^
