Today I want to prepare surprisingly easy (both in manufacturing, and in eating) cookies from a oatmeal and walnuts. Walnuts, by the way, can be replaced by any others ;-)
The composition of the cookies is surprisingly simple.
Butter - 210 grams
Eggs - 2 pieces
Brown sugar (replace with white nothing much will change) - 140 grams
Flour - 220 grams
Walnut (as I said, you can replace it with any other) - 240 grams
Oatmeal - 220 grams
Salt - 4 grams
Baking Powder - 8 grams
In addition you can stuff non-melting chocolate drops, any dried fruits to the cookies, however I did not do it (cause the family already screams with delight without this)
Like many of my recipes, the cooking process is simple, like a multiplication table.
First, thoroughly mix sugar with butter. We add eggs and mix thoroughly again. We need to achieve such result, so that not a single piece of oil, not covered by sugar, remains in our mixture.
Stirred? Excellent! Now chop the nuts and mix all the dry ingredients. Lifehack To grind nuts the easiest way is to roll them several times with an ordinary rolling pin. So we will get not too small dust, namely, pieces of nuts and moreover it will be much faster than if it is done with a knife.
Now mix the butter-sugar-eggs with the dry mixture. If you decide to add non-melted chocolate, then it's time to do this after the baking mix is ready (that is, at the very end).
And now we form the cookies. There's another lifehack. I make it with the help of a spoon for ice cream - cookies turn out beautiful in form (and of course tasty in content).
That's all! It remains to bake cookies in the oven at 175 degrees for 15 minutes and call your relatives to drink tea with delicious. By the way, on a photo of the cookies you can see a ceramical masterpiece by Orekhova V.P. (not so long died great russian ceramist).
(No mucho tiempo murió gran ceramista ruso).
I really loved your cookies recipe, easy to prepare and look like so delicious.
