Traditional russian omelette in 15 minutes!

Friends! Let's make a quick and insanely delicious breakfast according to an old Russian recipe.

It will be a traditional lavish omelet - draciano.

In the morning, there is no time to cook, but everyone wants to eat, especially children. Perhaps this is such a sunny omelette that will allow them to hold out until lunch ;-)

What do we need?
There are very few ingredients here and they certainly are in the refrigerator for everyone.

Take this foods

  • Milk - a half cup (125 ml)
  • Wheat flour - 1 cup (250 ml)
  • eggs of chicken - 4 pieces
  • salt - a pinch (about a quarter teaspoon)
  • granulated sugar - 2 teaspoons
  • Butter - 1 tablespoon
  • Let's get started!

    1. Let's melt butter. You can put in a microwave or a water bath, as you prefer, just not burn it ;-)
    Meanwhile, we'll pop eggs, sugar and salt in a saucepan. Here it is better to do your best and whip longer, so that our drachhena turned out as lush as possible!
    Now it is already possible to put a frying pan in which we will cook our super-breakfast.

    2. Without stopping whisking, add the melted butter, milk and, finally, flour to the saucepan. We pose a little more and get a wonderful mixture of a similar in consistency liquid sour cream.

    3. Pour this mixture into a frying pan, pre-casting the fire to medium. Cover the frying pan with a lid and fry for about 5 minutes.
    Turn over our almost ready omelet and fry for another 3 minutes, but without the lid.
    If you see how the edges of our drachon are wrapped - do not bother with this normally ;-)

    4. The fourth item is the most pleasant :-) shoot our stunning breakfast from the frying pan and call your household members quickly! Bon Appetit!
