From an old Cookbook EGGS
- EGGS BENEDICT
Ingredients:
8 eggs
4 English muffins
Butter
4 slices baked or boiled ham
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 teaspoon white pepper
1 cup Hollandaise Sauce
Preparation:
Split, toast and butter the English muffins. Cut the ham slices in half to {it the muffins and frizzle slightly in a little butter. Poach the eggs as usual; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place ham on the muffins and eggs on top of ham. Cover with hollandaise sauce.
Makes: 4 to 8 servings.
