Hope you're all doing great. Today I would like to share with you a recipe for my favourite breakfast at the moment.
Preparing this delicious parfait takes only 3 minutes and it requires only 4 ingredients. You can also make it the night before and grab-n-go in the morning. Easy-peasy!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 cup berries ( thawed if using frozen)
- oats or granola
- yogurt (coconut, greek, soy...)
- peanut or almond butter
DIRECTIONS
- Mash up the berries with a fork.
- Layer the yogurt, berries, oats and peanut or almond butter in a jar.
- Enjoy!
