How I make spareribs

Today I will write about cooking. Lately I made some spareribs and so I want to show you the whole process.

The better the raw products are the better the result will get. Well, it was saturday afternoon and so local butcher was closed. But supermarket offers also good quality.

There are two kind of spare ribs. One is already marinaded and the other one without it. We choose the one without marinade since we want to do so by ourself.

It is relative easy to make. Basically you can make it depending on your taste. This one is with ketchup, oil, onion, spicy powder, curry, a bit of pepper and smokey salt. But it can be made without any doubt also in a different way. Just try and taste it.

Put enough of the marinade on the spareribs. The more the better ^^ The thing is they will be kept more tender with the marinade. Otherwise it can be easy happen that they get dry.

But everything in the oven and wait for about 90 minutes - it takes really a long time.
You can make in the meantime some potatoes as a side dish.

Since there is still easily enough time you can enjoy a beer or make a glühwein. I randomly got a french beer and was positively surprised by it - it has a really good taste.
