Last night I cooked balsamic chicken for everyone. I made my famous sautéed and seasoned fresh green beans and served everything on a little rice. Simple but delicious!
I of course used the Quorn vegetarian chick tenders for my balsamic protein lol!
One of my favorites and the family’s favorites! I just baked their chicken with balsamic dressing/marinade on 400 for about 25-30 min. It came out perfect. A simple and quick meal when you’re exhausted from a long day.
Never been a fan of Quorn "meats". Does it tastes like chicken? Have a great weekend!

I think it does! Chicken already doesn’t have much of a taste, but the texture is what I noticed most. It tastes like the seasoning or marinade. That’s exactly how this specific one is. The texture is flakey like chicken is. It isn’t gooey like tofu or anything.
