1lb Beans make sure water level is 2" above the bean.
Place on high 3.5 hours. You will need to add a little water here and there.
So make sure you watch them closely.
Add spices Onions, Bell Peppers, and Celery.
Add them when the beans are almost done.
Salt.
Pepper.
Take out some of the excess water.
Make the beans on Sunday.
Put in Refrigerators.
Make rice the next day.
You will have food for the whole week.
