I have a similar view of diet. I have been mostly veg for decades but still eat fish and dairy so don't technically qualify for any official labels. My food choices are largely based on being opposed to animal cruelty and factory farming (which doesn't generally apply to fish).
What I can say is that by avoiding crap foods, my body gradually loses its taste for them so that eventually eating healthy becomes natural rather than something that requires willpower or regimen.
Cheers.
This is so true. Avoiding crap food becomes natural in time.
