#14 Mandarin cake

Today i would like to share with you this amazing and at the same time super easy recipe of cake. Yesterday i had very Christmas mood and for me Christmas cant be without smell of mandarins. Try it and I ll sure that you will repeat it not once.

for 6/8 people (diametr 20cm)

200 g sugar
120 g aqua
220 g flour
160 g sugar
120 g butter (room temperature)
8 g yeast
3 eggs
100 ml milk
50 ml juice of the mandarins
1 tsp cinnamon

Recipe

  1. Wash mandarins, dry it and cut, not so thin, should be round form
  2. Melt 200g sugar and water and after add mandarins, mix water sugar must be always white. Do it for 30 min.
  3. Eggs + Sugar (160 g) mix together till it become bigger twice.
  4. Mix milk + mandarin juice + cinnamon + butter and after to add to Eggs+ sugar
  5. After slowly add mix of flour and yeast
  6. Cover your form by silicon paper
  7. mandarins and little bit of sugar water, after your mixture

160C - 45 min

Let it calm after and do it upside down :) I hope you ll enjoy this aroma of cinnamon and mandarins.
