Bulalo: My favorite Filipino dish

Hi guys! This I would like to give to you one of my favorite hearty dish every filipinos love. The Bulalo or Boney beef stew.

Some.of us says it as 'kahudlogs' also known as the meat being ao tender it falls off the bones. Beef stew makes me bring back to memories.where my grandmother taught as well as my grandfather. The meat will be boiled for many hours then the corn, cabbage, potatoes and chinese cabbage were put in the beef stew. These are the photos we cooked.
