Necessary materials:

✿- 2 cup chicken meat (cut short without bone)

✿- onion paste, 2 tablespoons.

✿- Garlic 1 table spoon

✿- 1 tablespoon of cardamom powder

✿- Chilli cut 4-5 goals

✿- Jirgarda 1 teaspoon

✿- 1 table spoon of pepper powder

✿- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice

✿- Potato medium 1

✿- 1 bread

✿- half cup biscuits powder / breadcrumbs

✿- The amount of oil in quantity

✿-salt is delicious

Ready Method:

  • First boil the potato and chicken meat together. Then boil the boiled potatoes and chicken meat together.

  • Mix the meat very well and mix it with potatoes. After that, the rest of the day all the spices are the national ingredients. If the mixture is too soft, then mix it with a piece of bread.

  • Then make a round goal ball. Pull this ball into a biscuit powder.

Reduce the balls with red hot oil for frying pan.

  • All right, serve hot summer with a favorite sauce.
