Greetings fellow food enthusiasts. Do you remember those cold nights you wished you had an easy and quick soup recipe but all you knew was grandma's famous soup recipe that required 1001 ingredients and hours of preparation? Lol, rough nights huh?
Well, I just have the recipe for you, the quicker version of the tomato and prawn soup. Thank me later guys, but for now, get the following:
• 250 grams deveined prawns
• 45 ml olive oil
• One sliced green chili
• 0.5 grams paprika
• 60 grams crushed red cherry tomatoes
• 3 grams salt
• 0.5 grams pepper
Shall we continue? Cool, now:
• Sautee the green chili in a pan till it softens
• Pour the prawns, tomatoes, and paprika in the pan and stir.
• Simmer until prawns become pink and the sauce thickens.
• Add salt and pepper to taste
• Serve hot in two bowls
• Garnish with a few basil and paprika leaves or add them with the salt and pepper but don't cook for too long after
