Just right time to have blowfish

In winter season, I used to go Jumunjin, Kangneung in South Korea. It is easy to access from my hometown and all my family loves it. Especially we eat it while lunar new years holiday but Mid of December will be the right time. Even they have festival for blowfish in Jumunjin.

If someone like sashimi which is raw fish, I bet blowfish will be the best. Most of person know it has poison in the intestine of it but you don't need to worry about it. All the restraunt has certificate to handle it.

One of reason to have it is that it is considered as stamina food.
Basically we have as raw fish with special sauce after that we could have soup by cooking rest of part after having sashimi.

I can' wait to go again at the upcoming holiday.
If you don't mind I kindly recommend it because the winter olympic is just nearby.
