Spicy noodle soup

In winter season, I used to have this menu when I go to my hometown. Actually this menu is something like ordinary food which is not expensive one. But the origin of this red coloured spicy taste is Kangwon do, Korea. The other privince in Korea generally not the spicy one. The soup base is from Korean hot paste sauce so called "Gochujang" in Korean. It is made by red chilli pepper and some more ingridients.

Especially this restraunt added dried pollack and it makes the soup more tasty and it could be release your hangover. At the same time you will be sweating.

If you stay in Kangneung for winter olympic or other reason, you must try. But please mind the spicy and tell them no extra chilli.

Well if you not familiar with Korean food it would be hard to understand. The soup base from seafood and add Korean traditional sauce which we generally add when we have Bibimbob. Thanks for your comment.
