the flavor and texture turn out richer.
Try with these adjustments:
- pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
- save the parsley flakes until after the cauliflowers are done cooking.
- roast for 30-45 minutes, or until the tips begin to brown.
this method will makes your home smell ๐
alternative method:
(most challenging and results in the softest interior and a crispiest texture)
- flash boil the cauliflower ahead of time in salted water until they fall apart when poked with a fork.
- drain and let dry for 30 minutes.
- broil in the oven for 10-15 minutes, keeping a close eye so they don't char.
trade offs, haha.
