The reasons for avoiding Chinese food during pregnancy are:

During Chinese cooking, a lot of sugar added sauce is not good for pregnant women. It contains lots of vinegar, especially in the preparation of sushi. Vinegar is also used in Chinese rice making, which makes it saline and sweet. Dietitians have refused to eat sodium and fat foods for pregnant women.

Many people can ask that if Chinese women can eat healthy Chinese after eating pregnant food then why can not we? The main accused element of Chinese food is MSG or monosodium glutamate. This ingredient is widely used in Chinese food preparation. Used to increase the taste of Chinese food, it is the glutamic acid sodium salt, which is an unnecessary amino acid. Moreover, it is classified as xytotoxin. MSG is harmful for the growing brain and nervous system. It is reported that MSG and Esperanto (another xytotoxin) contain a lot of Chinese food, which freely exceeds the placental and stimulates the growing fetus's brain. The stimulating neurotransmitters in MSG may cause autism, schizophrenia, and cerebral pulse after birth. In medical science, it is feared that due to the adoption of MSG in a very young age, there may be a future trend of criminal behavior and irregular violence among children.

The NSW Food Authority is a statutory body that helps in the field of food security and proper labeling. This company has completely prohibited some food for pregnant women. Some food has been ordered to be taken carefully. The reason for throwing some food on the black list is that they contain lethal bacteria such as listaria and salmonella.

According to NSW, foods that can not be eaten:
Salami and chicken (if cooked in temperate heat of 750 degrees or higher), raw meat or meat cooked properly, store sushi, cheese (if not prepared with a temperature of 75 degree or above), ice cream, mayonnaise and pancake. Also prepared or packaged salad, sunflower and soybean sprouts etc.

According to NSW foods that have to be eaten with caution:
The surviving chicken, which was not reheated under 60 degree temperature, prepared on the same day, should be eaten within 1-2 days of the opening of cheese and custard packets and stored in the fridge.

According to NSW foods that can be eaten:
Cook the home cooked chicken and the day you eat, prepare the house made sushi and prepare with fresh tofu, soya and curd. Before purchasing any of the components, please read the packet labeling and storage system carefully.

Before eating Chinese food, take a look at the ingredients very well and take a meal with low sauce.

I hope this is not a platform to be used by people posting half thought out “research” and negligible advice while getting an audience that’s not fact checking what they read.

Vinegar is not used in ANY Chinese “rice making” (does one make rice or cook rice?), if there you were ever served vinegar rice by a Chinese, it was either in a Chinese owned restaurant that caters to the localis taste or it just didn’t happen.
