Cheesecakes

Almost every morning I can’t do without cottage cheese. Today I used cottage cheese in cooking cheesecakes. I cooked this amazing cheesecakes recipe for a long time and I like the taste of cheesecakes and their delicate texture.
I also like to combine cheesecakes with sour cream and currant jam.

Ingredients:
1 pack of cottage cheese
2 eggs
2-3 art. spoons of sugar
50 g melted butter
100 g flour
80 g of semolina
20 ml of vegetable oil

Directions:

Put cottage cheese in a blender bowl and mix well. Add eggs, sugar and melted butter. Mix everything.
Gradually add semolina and flour. Knead the dough. Heat the frying pan on the stove and add vegetable oil.
From the dough to form a small cheesecakes and put in the pan.
Cook cheesecakes for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Put cheesecakes on a plate and pour over sour cream and jam.
