easy to make snack samosa style but low fat

Make a curry mix - I used frozen mix veg, onion, some chopped boiled potato and cooked chicken with garlic, seasoning and curry powder. Then a packet of filo pastry, cut sheet in half then turn and cut into thirds ( 6 strips per sheet) put spoonful curry mix at one end of strip then roll/ fold into parcels using bit beaten egg to stick end and brush on top Cook in oven on lined tray about 15 - 20 minutes. Ideal to put in packed lunches, can use all sorts of fillings like left over stir fries or chilli. (For slimming world people these work out at one syn each if you have filling with no syns)
