Delicious Pumpkin Latte
Ingredients
For pumpkin syrup:
- 400 g of peeled pumpkin;
- 240 ml of water;
- 200 g of granulated sugar;
- 1 ½ tablespoon ground cinnamon;
- 1 tablespoon ground cloves;
- 1 ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg;
- 1 ½ teaspoon ground ginger;
- 2 stars of anise.
For the latte:
- 500 ml of coffee;
- 120 ml of milk;
- 120 ml cream for whipping.
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and place a baking sheet with a chopped pumpkin for 40 minutes. After the time has passed, purge the pumpkin slices with a blender.
- Combine the pumpkin puree with the rest of the ingredients needed to make the syrup, and put the mixture on a small fire for 12-15 minutes. Stir the syrup regularly.
- Combine the syrup with the brewed coffee and half of the whole milk. The remainder of the milk is whipped into cream with cream and put a frothy cap over the drink.
