Japanese convenience store chain Ministop to launch edible spoons in June
Ministop, a Japanese convenience store chain, will launch edible spoons made of wafers for customers who buy ice cream from the store starting in June.
According to a press release from Ministop, the convenience store hopes to fight plastic pollution with an edible spoon. mini stop has about 2,000 stores in Japan.
Along with the launch of the wafer scoop, there is also an ice cream called "Nagano Purple", whose name is inspired by the famous purple grapes in Nagano, Japan.
