Sometimes you have to do something nice and easy the same time because you have a lot of guests to feed so here we go a gluten free brownie with cream Chantilly and raspberrys.
Dead easy😀and very tasty.
For less than 300 people you need..
For the brownies:
-220 grams dark chocolate(70%)
-220 g.butter
-200 g.sugar
-1 table spoon vanilla extract
-4 large eggs
-some cocoa powder to dust the baking tin (24cm square)
For the cream Chantilly
-200 ml double cream
-50 icing sugar
-2 table spoons liquer ex.Cointreau(optional)
also
-some fresh or frozen raspberries
Method:
Preheat the oven to 165 C.Melt the chocolate and butter slowly over low heat untill melt together
In a bowl whisk the eggs and the sugar add vanilla extract.
Cool down the chocolate mixture a bit and add to the eggs and sugar,whisk together.
Smear the baking tin with butter and dust with cocoa powder.
Pour in the brownie mixture.Bake for 25-30min.
The brownie should be set outside and wet inside ,then is perfect.
For the cream chantilly simply whisk the cream untill thick and add the icing sugar at the and plus optional some liquer.Serve with raspberries
