Ingredients
- 1 Avocado
- 3-4 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Red Onion Shallot or 1 Onion small size (finely chopped)
- 1 Garlic Shoot (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves (roughly chopped)
- 1/2-1 Lime (grated skin, squeeze)
- 1-11/5 Tomato (split, seeded)
- 1-1.5 tbsp Palm Sugar (fine comb)
- 1-2 Chili Green Cayenne
- Salt and pepper to taste
Steps
Prepare the ingredients.
Split the Avocado lengthwise, remove the seeds. Dredge its contents and move it to the bowl.
Slice or chop all ingredients.
Pour the lime juice on top of Avocado so avocado color does not quickly browned.
Pour Olive oil and press Avocado using fork until smooth or can be aided with a blender. Enter chili, tomatoes, grated lime peel, palm sugar, coriander leaves, salt and pepper. Stir well.
Correction of taste. when less sweet, plus more palm sugar.
Move the Guacamole to a clean container, pour it again with a little Olive oil and garnished with a slice of lime.
