Lamb dinner. After a long day, the lady wanted lamb. I noticed I've never been to a lamb place besides lamb sticks while in korea. So we were recommended a place and we decided to give it a try.

As we entered it had an open bar feel. They served soju and beer as well. Little did I know this place had over 60 locations. All over South Korea. Pretty decently priced for South Korea as well. At ₩25,000 which is about $30 bucks.

Another feature about this place was the anime vibes that it gave~ it kind of made me feel though that this place wasn't gunna be that good, what the he'll is goku doing at a lamb joint. Ha then again it does look more like a place where they serve beer & soju and lamb as "anju(side dish for alc)."

Two lamb racks served on a grill with neutari mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, leek, onions, and garlic.

I usually like cutting my own meat but the chef here was doing such a good job cutting it for us. It was quite pleasing, he was very cool and he mentioned the lamb is from Australlia; it's a shame Korea can't raise our own lamb.

This is where it got interesting...

I've eaten lamb on a stick or lamb chops roasted to perfection, however this was completely new. He gave us seaweed, and a sauce consistency of rice vinegar, sweet soysauce. He gave us directions on how to eat it, and this was amazing. The grilled mushrooms, leek, garlic, and lamb drenched in sweet soy sauce; wrapped in seaweed and then double dipped in the sweet soy sauce.

Here's what happened....

The flavor clashing of the grilled vegetables, the garlic, leeks, mushrooms, drenched in the sweet soy sauce vinegrette, then when you bite into the lamb juices will explode in your mouth and all that savory juices from the lamb and the grilled vegetables will work together to make an awesome awesome awesome flavor clashing arena in your mouth.

To finish off this quick adventure, he finished grilling the rack and wrapped it in a napkin, for a clean finish.
