  3. Cinnamon Powder ( 1/2 Tea Spoon)
  4. Vanilla Powder (Pinch of powder for flavoring
  5. 1 Tea spoon peanut butter (For creamy texture and taste)

This is a very filling smoothie, and keeps Hunger away for significant long time

Blend all the mixture together and Enjoy!
