Ingredients :
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons oyster sauce.
- 2 Tablespoons soy sauce.
- 1 Tablespoon fish sauce.
- 200 Grams of chicken.
- 2 Pieces of red chili.
- Basil leaves to taste.
- 1 Tablespoon sugar.
- 3 Cloves of garlic.
- 1/2 red paprika.
- Pepper to taste.
- Enough water.
- Salt to taste.
- 1/2 Onion.
How To Make :
- Prepare all ingredients.
- Wash the chicken thoroughly, then drain and chop the chicken into pieces. Then set aside.
- Chopped onions, red peppers, and garlic. Then set aside.
- Turn on the stove and put a pan over it.
- Heat the oil and put the onion chopped. Add chicken and a little water. Stir well.
- Put oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar, soy sauce, pepper and salt to taste. Stir well.
- Take the red chili and basil leaves, input into the pan. Stir until well and cook until chicken is cooked.
- If the chicken is cooked, move the serving dish.
- Basil chicken is ready to serve.
