So this smoke took alot longer than I anticipated. If you use ground beef make sure its extra lean ground beef. It came out pretty good but it was closer to a 12hr smoke. Yum yum though. Mmmmm BBQ Injoy.

That's funny, cuz I was gonna do a post on my jerky adventure. My last batch was a few days ago and came out awesome. I used a dehydrator and turned it on before heading to work..... I told my women if she goes home for lunch to turn it off. Well.... She turn it off just after I left for work and it was sitting at room temp for 5 hours :) I used prague powder and all was fine.... Love jerky stories hehe. Now go and enjoy you jerky :)
