Hello!
Most recently, we made grilled ribs, and today, when the summer season has come to an end and everyone is slowly reaching from barbecues to cozy kitchens, cook them in the oven.
We will cook ribs in kvass, which give it an interesting touch.
Difficulty: 4/10
Cooking time: 1 hour.
Number of servings: 2-3
Ingredients:
- Pork ribs, 1 kg
- Kvass, 0.5 l
- Flour, 15 gr.
- Butter, 15 gr.
- Oregano, 1 tsp
- Garlic, 3-4 cloves
- Vegetable oil, salt
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Press the garlic, put it together with the ribs in a saucepan, salt to taste, add a little vegetable oil, close the lid and shake to mix everything.
Preheat a frying pan and fry the ribs for one and a half minutes on each side over high heat.
Put in a baking form, sprinkle with oregano, fill with kvass and put in the oven for 40 minutes.
Melt butter in a saucepan, add flour, stir, fry for a couple of minutes over medium heat.
We take out the ribs from the oven, put them on a plate. Pour the juice remaining in the form into a saucepan to the flour and butter, bring to a boil and cook over low heat, stirring constantly with a whisk, until thickened, and then filter the resulting sauce.
Serve ribs with sauce and herbs.
Bon Appetit!
