This had a lot of flavors bursting on our tongues. The only thing I went too light on was the tart flavor and shouldn't have used vinegar. I not a vinegar fan and prefer to use limes and lemons. This dish however, doesn't have a history of lime usage so I had to adapt. The roasted chilies really brought out the spiciness and they were spicy delights. The sauce wasn't too sweet for me so it was a great meal.
