I am a personal trainer and invested into implementing Functional Patterns(FP) into my trainings with my clients... so far its going well only Vesna doesn't want to solve her problems... yes thats what FP is all about solving problems and improving bodies health and function with movements that respect human biomechnics. There isn't a problem that can't be solved if you put your mind and effort to it.
I am also a boxer so boxing is my passion. Thats why all of my own trainings orient around improving my boxing skills and conditioning. FP is awesome for that ;)
Today I did uphill interval training where I was breathing just through the nose... I was surprised how well it went for me. I tried this for the first time... usually I do that only when I run on the flat surface and not at max pace. I must be in pretty good shape because I didn't find it as hard as expected.
Training outdors in the cold is also beneficial to improve your imune system so I encourage you all to try it out if you are healthy. If you aren't go at least for a walk outside in the nature.
I ended it all with sex in the shower and finished showering with cold water to cool down some steam.
