Rice is eaten with great enthusiasm all over the world. Especially in Asian countries, the production of rice is very high, where rice is cooked in different ways, children and adults also eat rice with fondly.
Recently I made chicken biryani with rice. It is eaten very fondly in our country Pakistan and is also cooked on special occasions. Hopefully you will also appreciate my cooking and presentation of Chicken Biryani
Chicken Biryani requires effort and some tips but the recipe is very simple. If you have cooking skills. I am happy that I have learned chicken biryani from my mother's. My husband and in-law especially demand me to cook on Sunday. They happy to eat it. Well, the ingredients are very simple .
Off course the main ingredient is rice and chicken, For developing taste of chicken biryani, we add Halal food company National spices. Besides of that , I used to add tomatoes, Onion's, Ginger and garlic paste and potatoes.
I washed the chicken well, washed the rice well with tap water and soaked it for 10 minutes.To make chicken biryani, always open the pot so that the rice does not break and the chicken also does not break.Of rice and chicken and present in it. If the shape of potatoes is also prominent, the chicken biryani looks beautiful in display and tastes good in food.
I kept the pot on the flame , Added oil for hot and then added chopped onions in it and then added Ginger and garlic paste and added chicken and browned it well and then added national chicken masala. It is also cooked for five minutes and put in fresh and round shaped cut potatoes and tomatoes on the sides and cook on low flame for another five minutes.
After frying the chicken well, when the spices and chicken stock become ready, then I add coriander, green chili and chopped mint leaves. They enhance the taste and emit delicious fragrance for the biryani lovers.
According to the Contest requirement, the main ingredient is Rice I boiled 1kg rice and added in the 1kg chicken stock. I made layers of white boiled rice among the spicy and delicious chicken stock. I put the chopped leaves of mint on the top of the rice and cooked for the 2 minutes at least under the low flame.
To enhance the taste of the chicken biryani further, I added crushed nuts to it and added charcoal smoke that gave the BBQ taste. This is an extra ingredient that you can add or not, if you do, your chicken biryani will be very tasty and won't go without appreciations.
Delicious , delectable and tasty chicken biryani is ready to present, I also added food colouring to develop the presentation of Chicken Biryani. I served the chicken biryani not only to my family, but I also made a fillet of chicken biryani to my in-laws, which they were very happy to see and said that started the praise.
