3 medium ripe tomatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon capers
½ teaspoon turmeric
½ teaspoon curry
1 teaspoon of sugar
Salt and pepper to your liking
Chili in flakes or cayenne pepper to your liking
