Hey guys,
Started going to the gym more seriously around 2 months ago.
I'm currently at 80 kg, dropped from 85. I go to the gym 6 out of 7 days, sometimes even 7/7. I drink 2 protein shakes/day, I try to eat a lot of protein from my meals too, and yeah. That's about it.
