They want to lose it quickly and they search for it on the internet and are left behind with half and incomplete information or it would land them on page where they have to buy the selective product to get their answer from the publisher. I will not do that and anybody who reads the blog will completely get to know about how we lose our body fat step by step. So keep up and and keep reading.
HOW OUR BODY STORES FAT
What is Fat? Fat means stored energy. The yellowish part inside the body which is chubby skin layer from outside.
Now, consider your body and it has usually a stomach inside every one has but then there is glycogen which is stored in liver and is almost 10% of the liver mass whereas muscles in the body only have a relatively small amount of glycogen which is 1% of the muscle mass. In addition, small amounts of glycogen are found in certain glacial cells in the brain. Basically glycogen is where your body stores glucose or your energy stored in additional words. So what happens is that you eat carbs (carbohydrates) everybody of us does because every food you eat has carbohydrates in it. After eating food your stomach breaks carbs into glucose and then glucose goes down to the blood stream of your body and stores in glycogen. What else happen is your body converts that glucose into energy and burns it.
Glycogen in other words stores back up energy which is required by the human body to perform tasks if that tank goes down to zero the energy is lost and you will get tired because you have no energy. Now what happens? Suppose you consume carbs and carbs could be anything like (brown rice, potatoes, Oats) goes down to your body and your body breaks it and coverts into glucose and glucose goes into your bloodstream to your glycogen and stored without burning it into energy because your in resting mode. Now you took your next meal and consumed carbs again your body again does the same process and stores the energy into glycogen in simple words and increases the level of glucose stored in glycogen and now by the same process you took 6 meals for the day one by one without burning a bit of the energy.
Now your glycogen tank is full and you have lots of stored back up energy. and you are doing like this back to back for 2 to 3 days and still going like this consuming carbs daily in every meal of the day then what happens? the glycogen tank over flows and starts storing fat in your body and the fat is excess body fat which gives you fatty look that you don’t need.
