The Goal is to increase happiness and well-being, and decrease suffering, depression and anxiety.
If mental health is our current condition regarding psychological and emotional well-being, this would mean that each and every one of our states of mental health is in a state of flux and fluctuation.
What influences this state? How can we develop our state of mental health and pursue happiness?
