We are in Michigan having 80° weather in October. How is one to have a fall garden?
I've built several cold frames this year that aren't going to any use in this heat.
The kale is still thriving.
A few swiss chard up and running.
Also still getting some tomatoes.
The bees are still going to town on the broccoli flowers, and the other fall crops that could not take the heat without bolting.
Patiently waiting and checking out the options for our permanent homestead. Hopefully by the end of winter time we will be moved.
