I felt something wrong about my body circulation. It's not smooth. So it's time to drink detox tea :) I bought a pack at a bio store. This time citrus detox tee with anis, fennel and cardamon.
病気でも風邪でもないのですが、なんだか体の中のめぐりが悪い気がしてもやもや、こんな時は・・・と一箱ビオ屋さんでデトックスのお茶を一箱買ってきました。Pukkaのははじめてで柑橘類ベースでアニス、フェンネル、カルダモンが入っているとのこと。
After I had one cup of the tea, already I felt refreshed as if waste and toxins went away from my body.
さっそく一杯飲んで出すもの出して（失礼！）ずいぶんすっきりしました。
I take few more cups in the weekend, go for a walk, maintain balcony garden and detox will be done. My detox weekend starts!
週末もう何杯か飲んで、散歩に行って、バルコニーの植物の世話をして完全回復となるか。デトックスウィークエンドはじまりはじまりです。
