Fitness is a most important part of our life. It plays an important role of our day to day life. We are moving by our different kinds of organ of our body.
What is fitness???
It means that we have a perfect body which is fit for our movement. To have a perfect body we have to do many kinds of proper exercise regularly. Such as push up, crunch, plunk, squat, knee push up, bridge etc. And also we have to eat a balance diet food.
