That's awesome to hear, @amy-goodrich! As Quinn says, it really can be as simple as choosing raw and whole fruits & veggies, but like you experience it can have profound effects on health!

It sure does. Doesn't have to be raw. Most veggies and fruits leave alkaline residues in the body. But adding more raw fruits and vegs to your diet is always a good idea.

Yes its really so powerful.
EVERYTHING about health is improved ( know from personal experience of being both sick/weak and healthy/strong) when ph is 7 or higher. Its really as simple as a raw/whole food diet rich in veggies and fruits!
So easy, so cheap, so sustainable!
