Are you looking for a fun, quick exercise that builds health on a cellular level? If so, you've come to the right place! I've been using the Cellerciser® to rebound for years and the more I learn about health the more I realize how great rebounding is.
Rebounding has been gaining in popularity in the health world, but so many people still haven't heard about it. Rebounding, which is basically just jumping up and down on a mini-trampoline, strengthens every single cell in the body all at the same time. It's an extraordinary exercise with so many health benefits.
Unlike normal exercise that just strengthens targeted muscle groups, rebounding strengthens the whole body from the inside out. It isn't just the muscles the get stronger, but literally your whole body. That's because each cell has to strengthen when opposing gravity. While rebounding, your whole body is forced against gravity, which is why your whole body is affected. This is what makes rebounding so unique and puts it in a class of its own.

The Rebounder I Personally Use
I recommend the Cellerciser® because that's what I've always used. I bought mine about 10 years ago (in 2008) and it still works the same today. It's built very well, so it lasts a long time. However, it's not cheap. If it's not in your budget, you could get a cheaper rebounder until you're able to afford a more expensive one. If you're concerned about falling off the rebounder, for your safety you may want to consider getting one with a handrail, such as this one.Watch how a typical 10-minute workout is in the video below.
Rebounding & The Lymphatic System
You can't truly appreciate the benefits of rebounding without understanding the lymphatic system and how rebounding affects it. The human body has more lymph than blood, and the lymph pulls the toxins out of the blood. The science of lymphology is little known and has arguably been suppressed. Learn more about how rebounding helps the lymphatic system in the videos below.
