I have had times in my life where I directed a lot of effort and enthusiasm toward fitness goals, but it would ultimately fizzle out and I would go back to a standard life of poor health. But lately I've had extra motivation since @emaferice has a lot of her own enthusiasm, she is passionate about fitness and driven to get results.
Because of her passion and drive, I have been able to kind of coast along, and still get results, by making a little bit of effort here and there, and going to the gym with her 3 to 4 times a week.
@emaferice's workouts are intense - She does Zumba and similar types of cardio-dance workouts, and often lifts weights after that too. As for me, I take it a little easier.
I started out just lifting weights while she would do Zumba exercises, then I eventually decided to walk fast on the treadmill and almost sprint for 1 minute each time we went to the gym. Now I am up to running 2 1/2 minutes per workout (I am on the treadmill for longer than that, but not running fast), and I plan on slowly working my way towards 10 minutes of running fast.
My Fitness Goals:
- Maintain semi-healthy eating habits by drinking Herbalife shakes for breakfast and dinner.
- Run over a mile, three to four times a week (10 minutes a day).
- Lift weights three to four times a week at the gym.
So with just a little bit of effort, and the passion, motivation and drive of @emaferice, I have managed to lose over 20 kg's (44 lbs) and improved my physique in the process. Thank you Fema (a.k.a. @emaferice)... I love you 😊👪
P.S. We tried to include baby @zaclucasrice in the picture but he was more interested in playing. You can see him in the background with his Ate April.
DISCLAIMER: The results I got from Herbalife are not typical, and individual results will vary from person to person, based on a number of factors that vary from person to person.
