most advertising shows some ultra fit looking pretty person jiggling or swinging on some body part specific contraption all to lose weight and tone that area in eight seconds per day.
truly would it be false to visually imply this model got fit looking by using this machine ? and not by some other method long before they were hired for this advertisement; but that would be your government regulators and prosecutors hard at work safe guarding your interests as a shopper...
simply put you cannot spot reduce one section of your body. exercise will burn calories as fat and protein off your frame according to exercise, diet, gender, age and genetics. so if you want to trim your tummy the trash television marketed machines will never work.
why, firstly the body very quickly adapts to key selected activity and stops making gains in progress almost immediately. this as you swing those muscles adapt vary fast to perform this function far more efficiently, thus less effort equals fewer calories burned...
next many of these machines rely on building up motion as a swinging action so they become fun and this momenteum has almost no chance of burning calories since motion is used not muscular effort.
maybe the same amount of exercise could be produced sittingin a hot tub sipping on champagne...
possibly not, but be assurred the models you see on these shows did notget their looks from using the products they are being paid to endorse now...
